Financial plan for the educational centre in Kathiruri, Kenya

6000m² of land was bought in Kathiruri village, Embu County in 2020.

The 500m² facility for the education centre and approx. 500m² of supporting walls (they are needed because of the steep slope) will be designed and built with the local experts and workers. ELA’s local representative has over a decade of experience in project management in various African countries and has been responsible for the construction of the centre in Malawi.

The cost specification takes into account the construction and equipping of facilities. The figures are actual costs. The work of experts and project management is voluntary.
